Steel superstructure dressed and faced with Australian Hardwoods form the backbone of this style of house. They are quick to erect on site but require considerable pre-site effort in design and production.
Accurate and well detailed shop drawing and skilled fabrication can lead to a great time advantage on site. The steel components can be hidden and or ‘dressed’ to suit more traditional style or they can be expressed and incorporated in more modern styles.
Mudbrick:
Post and beam, Semi Load bearing and Load bearing construction techniques. We use these classic techniques to produce our exiting contemporary homes. Our specialty is often combining these techniques and sophisticated engineering to produce distinctive homes of modern design.

Earth Veneer:
Earth Veneer construction combines the latest high tech prefabricated technology with the ancient medium of mudbrick to provide a truly revolutionary building concept.
A natural four hour fire rated, low embodied energy wall fabric is wrapped around a prefabricated frame providing beautiful organic exterior finishes in conjunction with the latest contemporary interior fit outs.
Earth Veneer Construction details:
Construction details for use in building Earth Veneer homes will be available from this web site for all BAL zones. They will be available as ACAD details that can be instantly placed into your design with your drafting team.
They will be very affordable and will represent a very cost effective way of documenting this style of building for construction.
De-mountable:
As part of our R&D program we are finalizing designs for a range of transportable and de-mountable buildings. Several of these designs are under review by patent attorneys and so the design details of them will not be found here. As production of this type of building requires a dedicated production facility we will not be producing these immediately. This type of product depends on a high level of detailed design and we will ensure that this is fully explored before manufacture. Stay tuned!
